Serves 4
Ingredients;
24 oysters on half shell
2 tbl rice vinegar
2 tbl chilli bean paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp fish sauce
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a bowl and chill till ready to serve.
2. Spoon the mixture over the oyster and serve immediately.
