Serves 4
Ingrdients;
1 large under-ripe mango
1 large under-ripe papaya
1 star fruit
1 bunch tahi basil leaves9 leaves only)
1 bunch mint leaves(leaves only)
Dressing
1 tsp tamarind paste
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp palm sugar
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp sesame oil
Method
To make dressing;
Put all the ingrdients in a pan and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and smooth. Take off from heat and let cool completely.
Peel mango and papaya and slice thinly also thinly starfruit.
Shred the basil and mint leaves
Place the fruit and herb in a large bowl , drizzle the dressing and toss gently.
pile the salad on individual plates and serve.
