Serves 6
200gm Achar
400gm Pork Belly
Lime Juice
Lettuce
Boil the pork belly in water
Remove to cool
Thinly slice the pork belly
Mix in the Archar with the Sliced Pork Belly
Mix in 2tbl of Lime Juice
Garnish plate with Lettuce Cups
Spoon the Mixer into the Lettuce Cups and serve
