Coleslaw

Serves 4

Ingredients
400g white cabbage
200g carrots
3 cups mayo
5 tbl icing sugar

1. Shred the carrot skin and slice with a grater into a large bowl.

2. Slice the white cabbage and mix with carrots.

3. Combine the mayo and icing suger to the mixer and set in fridge for 1 hour ( it's best serve chilled)
